I can see how they could build it but have the two posts not connected and then put at such an angle that it looks like it's connecting (although the bed would be so dangerous that no one would ever be brave enough to sleep on it) thereby creating an optical illusion, but it's a lot simpler and easier and cheaper to just alter an already existing image of a normal bed with photoshop. THE SIMPLEST SOLUTION IS USUALLY THE RIGHT ONE, PEOPLES! |

I worked out how it is, the picture is taken at an angle, therefore the two post that confuse you aren't actually connecting to the bottom bunk.Me thinks they are actually cut off short so they look like they connect perfectly. It's a bit hard to explain this in words, sorry. |

The edges on the top bunk are not 90 degrees. Easy to figure out, but really unconventional design. |
