I would not help.
1) Hippos kill the most people each year in Africa so if you somehow managed to rescue it Mr.Hippo would probably kill you

IT looks diseased anyways... but ya that sucks What looks diseased about it? Nothing does your just saying that cause your a dick. Anyways, Hippos quite frequently fight off lions and survive with huge scars all over themselves. |
