Tuesday, August 11, 2009 9:46:28 AM Coulophobia. I knew that one because I've had that for as long as I could remember. I remember having a flat-out panic attack when I was dragged to the circus as a kid despite my protests and a clown literally got in my face and started doing this crying routine. Scared the living bajeebers out of me...D:I wonder what the phobia of dolls is called? Cause I've got that one too :| |

Tuesday, August 11, 2009 12:50:55 AM Hear at the Help for Sesquipedalophobics "Hi, why don't you tell us your name and why you are here?" "OK... Hi, my name is Chad." "Hi Chad!" *all in unison* "OK... and I'm here... I'm here because... because... of my having... you know..." *falls down to ground in hysterical sobs*By the way, Opie, I understand what you mean, I have a phobia for heights, but I also think you mixed the words "fear of" and "phobia" in your last paragraph, albeit one consisting of two sesntences, but whatever. |

Tuesday, August 11, 2009 12:43:41 AM hmm, it all makes sense now. Vidigameaphobia = Jack Thompson. But seriously, saying Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has "interphobia" is like saying he also has a phobia of free speech and human rights. It's not a phobia, he just doesn't like them... A LOT. |

Monday, August 10, 2009 10:15:37 PM "Sesquipedalophobia: This very long word describes one who has a fear of very long words. You'd think they would pick a shorter word to describe fear of long words? Maybe the first step to curing sesquipedalophobia is not to panic when reading about the term that describes your condition."You gotta admit, that's just cold -- sort of like the word "lisp." |

Monday, August 10, 2009 9:35:19 PM But I guess I don't really have a phobia of them xD I'll just avoid watching anything with those kinds of puppets. I do have arachnophobia, I am terrified of spiders to the point that I check everything before I use it to make sure there's no spiders on it. |

Monday, August 10, 2009 9:33:51 PM I have a bit of Pupaphobia. Some kinds of puppets reeeeeeally creep/gross me out even if they're perfectly normal to some people. Others are okay though (like sesame street ones). |

Monday, August 10, 2009 9:11:53 PM Remember guys, fearing something and having a phobia and VERY different things. A phobia will get in the way with your daily life functioning. It's not just a fear, it might even trump your natural instincts sometimes.I used to have a fear of throwing up and it would leave me in incapacitating panic attacks. Thinking spiders are gross: that's different. |
