Wait a minute. Why the hell does the #1 piece of advice they give to get "tipsy on a budget" concern not drinking at all? How can anyone get tipsy by NOT DRINKING? These guys are morons! |

Lol, they forgot mouthwash and aftershave! XD The people who live in the ghetto of my city are really bad for that, I saw like 5 empty discount mouthwash bottles my the traintracks the other day haha |

I watched a docu the other day about a girl that was addicted to mouth wash because she could chug a bottle and get WASTED becuase she had her license taken away for too many DUIs and got fired for drinking on the job so she just goes to 711 and buys a sh*tload of mouthwashalways fresh breath, easy to maintain. perfect chick |

Open solvent cupboard in lab at work, take out gallon of 99.9% EtOH, drink some, fall over while damp patch spreads over groin area. At least this is what one of our technicians used to do. He now stacks trolleys at Tescos. Sad. |
