Tuesday, August 04, 2009 12:17:10 PM VV in fact, what did Satan even do? opposed god and said he's not that great? so god banhammers him for that? theres another reason why god sucks at all things, he's hitler. oppose him and die is his motto. |

Tuesday, August 04, 2009 12:15:22 PM "wow...TDK...took it right outta my mouth...well said!!"thanks ^^ it's kinda tough to write down the reasons you believe a religion is dumb. now dont get me wrong, christianity isnt ALL bad. it gives some people a reason to exist and encourages them to do good. but i just wanted to point out that christians worship a being far worse than the Satan that is written about in the bible. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 10:28:56 PM Only one more. Maybe. One thing that can't be denied is the effect that religion can have on an individual. I don't care Christian, Muslim, whatever. There are people who have pulled themselves out of the gutter simply because they found religion. Whether it's actual or not, something in those people changed for the better. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 10:20:40 PM Again, please open the blind-eye to the good religion brings. You've got the magnifying glass out on the bad and the eye patch on when it comes to good. The usual atheist agenda. At least be agnostic. It's less presumptious. Atheists are basically saying, "I've got this all figured out, the rest of you are idiots." I know I don't have sh.. figured out. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 10:17:19 PM "It's extremely bad for a group of nomadic hunter-gatherers to start killing each other for competition when they know that if they work together"Uhhh...of course they don't kill people in their own group. I said that in my post. But with a limited supply of resources, the less competition the better. I mean, if your family and my family were competiting over a piece of food, we'd work together to kill you just as you'd do the same to us. But, with religion comes guilt and shame, the driving forces of good behavior. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 4:49:49 PM Its way simpler. If your god is infallible, and the bible is the word of god, then you can't pick and choose ideas from the bible based on current social acceptability... |

Monday, August 03, 2009 3:22:58 PM 5. so then, from the insight one may gather from point number 4, one may realise that if a person is of any religion other than christianity, then the bible damns them to hell for eternity, even if they are the most kind-hearted soul on the planet and never hurt anybody or anything. simply because they did not worship your god, whether they knew about him or not.But seriously, idk why im arguing this, most christians are so brain-washed into believing this junk that their own god couldnt get them to stop believing it. these 5 points all assume that the Bible contains only truth. and a final word to all christians, try really thinking about your religion for once. really, really think. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 3:17:29 PM If what the bible says is true, then your god (speaking to christians) is an evil bastard that deserves to rot in hell for all eternity. Reasons follow.1. God created hell with the full intention of using it and torturing lesser beings for all eternity. 2. a 'forgiving' god wouldn't make it all eternity. 3. No person could possibly do anything bad enough on this planet to deserve eternal torture. even murderers do not deserve such a punishment. 4. the bible says you will burn in hell if you believe in any other religion. I guarantee you, if any christian were born into a muslim family/community, they would be muslim. this is true because children will follow their parents unless they are smart enough to think for themselves, thus its an endless cycle of parents drilling religion into their childs belief system. so the main point of point#4 is that you dont choose your religion, parents choose your religion. continued in another post starting with point#5. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 3:08:00 PM yay for a religion that convinces close-minded idiots to worship the most evil being ever thought up. If you have to ask what i mean, then think about what your god (if you're christian, i dont know about other religions) does to people. no being that does these things can be a good entity. nobody deserves eternal torture, no matter the circumstances. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 1:21:58 PM A committee edited text that promotes the stoning and slavery of children according to aerial photographs? I chuckle humbly. |

Monday, August 03, 2009 1:08:58 PM "im atheist so this is pointless" That's kind of a dumb statement to make. I thought atheists were supposed to be smarter than the rest of us who believe in some power higher than ourselves. You just ruined it for the rest of your ilk. (by supersmash) ---------------------------------------------- Unlike the religious set who are incapable of admitting that God is a man made entity? |

Monday, August 03, 2009 9:37:16 AM I'm not gonna get involved in the religious discussions, but besides the tree's in it, the Parting of the Red Sea was really well done imo. I also liked the crucifiction scene. |

Tritoch, your hero Cefka was perma banned over a year ago for repeated racism culminating in a comment about "Dirty N*ggers". Bad role model to choose as a shining beacon of religious conservatism. |
