These fellas are just takin a break from playing "hide the cucumber", big whoop. Theys in jail all day nothin to do but watchin eachother and what they decide to do? Dance like a bunch of fruitloops. I was stationed with the U.S. Navy (80-82) and everybuddy knows that the Phillipines has some of the best big boy party spots on the planet.
