Wowly level 14 has some crazy challenge to it, im guessing that why i havent passed it. and still no idea on how i will either. |

how can i get rid of the stupid ball dropper above the target on lvl 13?

You don't get rid of it, you just have to avoid getting steam into any of the vents on that circuit by diverting the steam with other fans.
