Supersmash, the centre of the Universe is at W. 34 and Herald Sq. in NYC. There's 2 starbucks in Penn Station and across the street in the giant ass Macy's and then 4 more down the block two on each side. Some people are said to have disappeared while walking down that street. |

Bah...Crocs. The only people who think they are comfortable were wearing the wrong shoes to begin with. Are they comfortable compared flip-flops? Obviously. But compared to a durable, supportive shoe that isn't entirely rubber? Hell no. |

I have to say that I'm sorry about Crocs. I admit that they're ugly as hell, but I own a pair and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I own for the summer, even though they get cold in the winter. Plus, they cover your toes, unlike flip-flops, so poor innocent bystanders don't have to see my nasty feet. |

It's too bad about the Hummer. That was actually one of GM's most profitable brands. They lost some sales when gas ran up to $4, but they were coming back as gas prices dropped. Hummer went away because Obama and the global warming Nazis decided they were politically incorrect, and since they nationalized GM, they were able to shut it down.One of the things that killed GM was having to sell all those under-sized, under-powered tin foil deathtraps in order to meet government-mandated corporate average fuel economy (CAFE) standards, i.e., if you sell a car that gets 20 mpg, you have to sell another car that gets 35 mpg to keep your average up to 27.5 mpg. (It's actually more complicated than that, but you get the idea.) The problem is, nobody really wants to drive these glorified golf carts, so GM had to sell them at $3000-4000 below cost to move enough of them to meet CAFE standards. BTW, global warming is a socialist hoax. |
