I actually just made a similar, less threatening, Barrel Man in Milwaukee. The company threw it up out front of their office building and said they loved it. I tried submitting it to here but oh well.Stands about 11' - 12' |

i agree with angry freddyferret...if no one cares...why make it a big deal? the kid is happy he did it....the construction company is very happy for the positive publicity...the only people here trying to save face are the idiot cops who need someone to blame... |

More proof that cops are MORONIC DOUCHEBAG F*CKHEADED LAMEASS DIP$HIT IDIOT BASTARDS!!!!The company who owns the property doesn't want to press charges. That should be the end of it. "We have a job to do." Yeah, to be dickheads. Let it go if everyone involved doesn't care. I don't see how they can legally press charges if the property owner refuses. Times like this, this country sucks. |

Arrested? While it's sorta true being as it's against the law to mess with road stuff like this, still, i thought it was great. Noone ever has a sense of humor anymore. |

graffiti is a real issue in the area, the police want to prosecute him to set an example. its stupid really because those "making an example" out of cases dont ever stop graffiti artists, it makes us just hit harder...you would think that they would learn by now...anyways, this is old news |

It kinda depends on if the city has to pay for the replacement barrels. If so, the police do have a case. Otherwise, they better drop the charges given the opinion of the construction company. |

that is oen think I think is BS. if the so called "offened" party, in this case the cosntruction company(via theft and reconstruction of property), does nto want to press charges, the cops can press charges in thier stead. Thus making it wear he still gets chargd even though no one wanted him to |

Now that would get me to slow down...much more interesting than those ugly barrels and cones. Since these belonged to the construction company and they want him to build a new one, I think the charges should be dropped. Also, don't the police have better things to do with their time (like harass skateboarders and beat up little old ladies?). I'm just asking... |

I thought it was up to the owners of the property whether or not vandalism charges would be dropped. Someone in the P.D. is either trying to flex some muscle, or trying to make an example out of the poor guy. |
