Wednesday, July 01, 2009 2:21:30 PM they should do a study like this that shows what happens to someones body that just eats greasy cheeseburgers every day. now THAT would be eye opening. |

Thursday, June 18, 2009 12:48:23 PM Nothing grosses me out anymore after watching a French documentary on the Holocaust with actual footage of almost everything they did to the Jews. :( |

Thursday, June 18, 2009 8:21:53 AM >airsofterHave you stopped to consider that, yes, your own health is your own choice, but what about the people around you? The people inhaling your fumes? So yeah, I stand behind any and all taxes on cigarettes, because although I'll never smoke, I still don't want to get it into my system. |

Thursday, June 18, 2009 4:28:05 AM I like it, much better than the American (maybe else where too?) one where a girl tries a cigarette and a claw comes out of her neck and makes her smoke. Yeah, I've tried a cigarette and I puked, you aren't addicted from the first puff. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 10:28:32 PM airsoft you're pathetic, the government cares about the constituents' health because it costs more money and resources to keep sick people alive and able to work than it does to for relatively healthy people |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 10:00:55 PM I don't think it's too much for kids to see, because some people start smoking at a VERY young age. I once saw a thirteen year old sharing a smoke with an eight year old. And even for people who don't smoke, they know why they shouldn't start smoking. People have said these ads don't work, and someone said that they key is to not get addicted in the first place. That's true. Kids see this, they won't. It's better to see these ads before you get addicted. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 9:44:14 PM well personally i think these ads are just plain old dumb. people know what it does, they know its bad. and yet they SHOULD have the freedom to choose what the want to do with their goddamn lives. but no, the government has to raise taxes on smokes just to be dicks. why should the governement have and concern with your health, or even more a decision in how healthy you are. YOUR BODY YOUR CHOICE. F_UCK OFF ANTI SMOKING/ DRINKING PEOPLES. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 4:01:11 PM Wow that was really good. It sends a good message, and makes me glad I don't smoke. I wish the best of luck to those trying to quit, especially after seeing this. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 3:31:18 PM Too far? NO!I LOVE these things that freak you out, especially the British car wreck ones. American ones are "Wear your seatbelt, or else you'll get a ticket." British ones are "Wear your seatbelt, or all of these horrifying deadly things will happen to you." Drives the point home better in my opinion. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 2:49:05 PM Tonyjet: 'that being said, i admire quitters, it takes a lot of guts. too bad for the rest who dont have the will power, oh oh am sorry, who dont want to quit because its a personal choice.'Tonyjet: you fail. I think you don't have a goddamn clue what you're talking about, otherwise you wouldn't be saying these things. If you haven't smoked: shut up, you don't know what it's like to be addicted. If you are a smoker: you would understand it's not easy to quit; and that these kind of comments don't convince a smoker to quit. If you smoked but quit: SHUT THE F**K UP! You should be helping people to quit and don't be so machiavelistic about it. Either way, your post made no sense. Perhaps YOU need to reconsider that post. |

Wednesday, June 17, 2009 12:58:09 PM My mom just quit smoking this past year. She smoked my entire life, and I have very bad asthma. I have been trying to get her to stop since I was five years old, the only thing that got her to stop was my recent hospitalization. Its really hard for people to stop. I hate smoking. I have been around smokers my entire life, and I wish there were some laws about the substances they put in cigarettes. |
