To the thrash. while it is possible to overdoes on weed you need to smoke 1 ton of the stuff in 15 minutes. sorry dude we know your lying about your brother dying on weed...unless of course it was either laced with something but even then the marijauna did NOT kill him. |

Iam going in to law enforcement and Yes I do believe it should be legalized. But to those of you who say that weed is smoked on people private time and not in public like alcohol so that makes it better, need to wake up. The only reason they smoke it in private is because it is illegal. Once it becomes legal it will be out in public. Im not saying that a all terrible thing but it does NOT make a good argument. |

How many times does this have to be said? Marijuana does not cause schizophrenia. Schizophrenics gravitate towards drug use for various reasons, therefore the percentage of schizophrenics who use drugs is higher than the percentage of non-schizophrenics. Schizophrenics are two to three times as likely as healthy individuals to smoke cigarettes. By your logic tobacco should cause schizophrenia. It doesn't.

The biggest problems with weed is the addiction factor and the health issues, which everyone seems to overlook. For those denying either one, do a little research, like I have. Granted its not as unhealthy or addictive as some of the designer drugs, (which certain morons here seem to think should be legalized also) but, if you're addicted, you can't sleep, can't eat, and you get dumber. Also your brain can be addicted to anything if you do that particular thing enough times. That being said, I also think its no worse than cigarettes. I think the government should legalize it, control it so people don't lace it with poo, and tax the hell out of it. As for the DA's and cities that want money out of it, they should make it a far worse crime to grow it and sell it illegally.(they could make the ATF in charge of it, and be called the ATMF'ers!) |
