Tuesday, June 09, 2009 7:24:14 AM I saw the elephant in London; absolutely brilliant and Londoners loved it. Not scary at all and you should hear the music. |

Tuesday, June 09, 2009 1:17:19 AM The dinosaur one reminded me of something: Inside Stockholm's Museum of Natural History's dinosaur section, they have a lizard, about three meters long, lying beside a fake oak, it had a sign beside it saying "Please be quiet, I've been asleep for 300 million years (or something like that)." Of course, being very nerdy about dinosaurs then, I knew they had died out millions of years ago, so I didn't care much for the sign. Until the lizard moved. See, they had built in motors in the legs, the tail and the neck, making it twitch "in its sleep" every now and then. For a kid who wasn't old enough to even consider the idea, I freaked out. I didn't say a word, and I managed to run tip-toeing out of the room. |
