Wonder what came of that? Sure to make protesters waddle rapidly home from any riot"They never actually managed to find the "brown noise", it was a theory rather than a reality...also this post has been shown before, i think. |

The invisible electric fence-thing, shouldn't you be albe to get through it anyway? I mean, if you threw yourself at it (or were thrown at it for that matter) you'd get the same heluva shock as if you tried to unsuspectingly walk through it, but you'd still get through it? |

I don't think these are in line with what people meant with 'non-lethal'. Some of these are basically ballistic torture devices.When I think non-lethal weapons I'd think more about some kind of net or one of those rubber ball rifles, even though they too hurt pretty bad. Long story short the goal should be to disable, not to maim/cripple/chemically castrate. |
