Cork Screw:Click on the cork screw, then click on the pain cream, they should both be lit up yellow. Once you inject it, the circle will pop up, follow the red thing moving in the circle with your cursor. If you do it right it will just go away. Then take the pizza cutter and cut down the dotted yellow line to open him up.. I'm stuck on Trent Coat.. no matter how fast i work, I lose him during surgery.. it's pissing me off now. grrr.. |

How do you do the Karl guy on the second level!? You pull out the coffee bean things and staple the holes but when you try to burn them it just kills him!? Even when you burn it exactly over the cut? Dont get it........ |

vv JUGGALETTEx0, click on help then the corkscrew and it'll give you instructions - you need to select the corkscrew then the ointment, then follow the little rotating cursor round (threw me at first too). Necessary for later levels- brings their heart rate way back up again! |
