LOL, sorry guys but I'm not going to entertain by turning into Super-Knowitall-Wanker (for once!).I was thinking of the physical states (liquid/gas being exclusive) - Crakrjak's second explanation is very probably right, it never occurred to be that it's an American website so they probably meant "liquid gas" as in "liquid gasoline". And indeed Almighty, the Titanic was built in my own home town of Belfast. Not exactly our finest claim to fame! |

davymid: I think they meant Liquified Natural Gas. Similar to propane, It's under a lot of pressure. It's sort of confusing since we Americans call Gasoline (or petrol for our European friends) "Gas". |

They're kinda mutually exclusive..."It's natural gas as it is known when it is extracted (as opposed to oil) which is liquid through pressure, so whilst it is not a gas, we still call it gas because we like messing with your heads. |

Now if the list were not "Most Expensive", but rather "Most Retarded", the Mars Lander would certainly be in there. Considering the programmed part of the data in feet and part in meters...
