I love this guy. Asides from being so gosh darn intel-ee-gent, the way he talks draws in a crowd. He's been great on the Daily Show and I look forward to picking up his book next weekend.

haha I know maddog3n has been banned and everything but come on.. what a douche!I mean.. Im only 15 and Im only doing Standard Grade Physics but even I could disprove almost everything he said from some common sense! Anyway, lets face it, the world isnt going to end in 2012. Its a random date that is backed by some true, but misunderstood facts that people are using to cause general panic and maybe get you into buying things. Its a troll attack on quite a large scale. Plus, do you see Mayan tribes kicking around these days? No. So they obviously didnt know enough to survive long enough to see this prophecy fulfilled so just lemme eat their chocolate and live in peace :D |

Nice argument, but I wish he would have included the fact that there is no Mayan prophecy that the world will end on December 21, 2012. |

Well,think back in 1999 or whenever it was,when people sayd the world will end in the year 2000 and you should buy supplies to survive,remember that? well,turns out the these guys and the ones tells us about 2012 are the same people and are ALSO selling supplies. Pretty awesome eh? |

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but that doesnt mean that they're right. Everyone picks a side and tries to support they're side. I remember being stuck in english class about 2 years ago listening to my teacher and some student argue about 2012. You could go on and on for hours stating facts and supporting your opinion but at the end of the day no one really knows what will happen on that day. |

On a different note:
I get so bummed when I see a "Teacher" like this man. WHY...couldn't all teachers have his personality!!! I would have loved to have had a teacher like him!! I bet he is tough, but in a good way, I bet students ENJOY his class and actually want to attend!! You can tell just by the video his class has to be interesting, fun, and you'd actually learn something!!!! Take a lesson "Teachers" of all calibers!! Some of you really suck and could take a lesson how to be a "real person" and not a robot just from what this Professor's short clip shows the right way to Teach!!!!
If I KNEW I could have this man for every subject, I might be inclined to go back to school!!!! Something about him just tells me he is a hell of a good teacher!!!!!! |
