To 2353683: I just found it funny that an actor who got famous for portraying Indian stereotypes in comedy is now getting to represent them. Just my two cents. Plus I don't know how many people I know would take him seriously given association with Van Wilder/Harold&Kumar. Then again I haven't heard complaints (or at least to my knowledge) about Jesse 'the body' Ventura. So best of luck to ex-professor "Kal-Penn Modi". |

'Apparently teaching one 'Asian Americans in Film' class at any ivy league school gives you the credentials to a place in the white house. 'you make it sound like a hollywood actor or any other celebrity would not perfect for the job of public liason. besides, its not like he's going to be secretary of health or something. that would be dumb. |

From what I know he taught at UPenn for a semester (I'm a student there). Apparently teaching one 'Asian Americans in Film' class at any ivy league school gives you the credentials to a place in the white house. I remember seeing him around campus and thinking 'HOLY SH*T ITS KUMAR!' How could anyone take this seriously? |

As I have been following House since the pilot 5 years ago. . . this was quite shocking. However, after seeing the episode last Monday I was quickly informed of him going to support Obama. Everyone to their own I say. Oh and they better not get rid of Thirteen yet! That girl is amazingly fu*king hot and they must replace her first! |

oh man that was so sad cuz i didnt know about that before watching the episode, i found out right after watching it. as for him being the worst character, not at allll. taub and 13 by farrrr. taub is just a c*ckbag, i dont know how anybody can feel bad for someone who cheats on his wife because he's in an unhappy marriage, then leaves his job to cover it up. and 13 is such an ANNOYINGGGGG b*tch. especially that episode where the guy kept hostages and she was in there with her whole "who cares if i die im dying young anyway" thing going on. she shoulda been killed off a while ago, i dont care how hot she is |

Yea, old news. However, I'm really disappointed with the writers, just when I get used to the new team they go and kill one off. Surely they could have thought of something else. Now he can't even come back if things don't work out. |
