actually lee-schizo, it would only be able to help people in wheelchairs that still had some muscle function. If you were completely paralyzed, the electrical signal from your brain would never reach the muscles in your legs, and thus the machine would not get the signals. |

This is pretty damn incredible not only cuz it will help people more strength. but the machine works by reading electric pulses. It can help people that can't move on there own! someone who has been in a wheel chair all there life will be able to walk for the first time that is freaking incredible. |

it does not matter about the weight, it carries itself: Battery power may be a problem, but give it a couple more months, it will be fixed. And third, the US Excelles on robotics, so i wouldn't be too surprised to see Gatling gun soldiers carrying a thousand pound gun with breeze, this technology is incredible, the best part is, it's finally the Dawn of things to come. |

I think that it was really cool how the creator never even thought of war as a use for this device. Someone asked him about it in an interview and he said he had only thought about using it for stuff like construction and helping the weak and elderly. |

Given a few years this could be made to help someone disabled, or even paralyzed. Of course it would have to be changed depending on how the persona was paralyzed. Seen as there would be no electrical signals for it to read.. |

to the dude saying the US Military one looks better... FAIL... it doesn't look polished and looks somewhat Russian ... jagged. The idea of it is to augment your body and help people with muscular distrophy , problems with their arms/legs , etc be able to walk again. |

The cargo loader suit in Aliens (Alien II) was pretty cool, especially for 1986. You can see a little bit of it here starting at about 1:45. |
