Wednesday, April 15, 2009 12:20:57 AM Uhm... Only thing is... I would consider PETA's "rescue shelters" as an Auschwitz for animals. PETA KILLS 98% OF ALL ANIMALS IN THEIR CARE!!! There's no money in adoption... |

Friday, April 10, 2009 11:24:51 AM We should invite PETA to a dinner, with a huge buffé. It should include every single delicious type of salami, sausage, or other yummy meatproducts. Just to provoke. Although, I do think some vegetarians have a point when they say that we are killing too many animals. Just lessen the amount, and maybe make the US population a little slimmer in the process. |

Friday, April 10, 2009 11:21:13 AM may as well ask seal to change his name because it might condone the clubbing of seals. |

Friday, April 10, 2009 10:12:42 AM Boredx12: Correlation does not mean causation. It is equally likely that smarter people (if your statement is indeed true) think about moral issues more, and therefore are more likely to become vegetarian. Don't get me wrong, I'm vegetarian. However I'm insulted at the suggestion that my intelligence is due to my diet. |

Friday, April 10, 2009 7:44:15 AM Pet Shop Boys? Didn't we already kill them and drag their lifeless corpses through the streets years ago? If they are still alive, it must be an Easter miracle! Praise Jesus! |

Friday, April 10, 2009 3:20:15 AM PETA only does stunts like this to draw attention to their organization. Problem is their stunts are usually so outrageous that no one will take them seriously (i.e., "Unhappy Meals" with Ronald McDonald butchering cows passed out to little kids)I quote Denis Leary: "Eating meat is an instinct - not eating meat is a decision." And soy protein is not an answer. Soy contains natural estrogen which in great quantities is NOT good for you. |

Thursday, April 09, 2009 11:51:49 PM I like the comment on the page. "Actually, I Like Slaughtering Seals!" has a nice ring to it for a band name. "Clubbing Seals", maybe. Something to do with seal murder. I approve. |

Thursday, April 09, 2009 7:05:42 PM This is disgusting... Isn't the U.S Justice Dept investigating P.E.T.A for slaughtering something like 20,000 animals last year? Shouldn't P.E.T.A be focusing on buring the heads in the sand or covering there collective butts instead of coming up with "Fluff" ideas for minor fan-based-band publicity? I'm sure as hell not a redneck, and I don't subscribe to any tofu prescriptions, but anyone, anywhere cannot stand and condone THERE treatment of animals. There credibility has been destroyed. Please google the P.E.T.A slaughtering story and share, I've never marched/protested/or demonstrated anything before and to be honest, I couldn't be bothered. I've always agreed with no-fur, equality, gay/lesbian rights, but nothing has ever spurned this hatred and loathing in me for a company or an orginization before. |

Thursday, April 09, 2009 6:41:39 PM Ironic really. Pet Shop Boys is the name given to people who put small animals up their butt for sexual pleasure. I wonder what PETA would make of that. |
