Why not just load CCS64 on a regular pc laptop? Works exactly as well as the real thing, with no load times. |

CrakrJak: I think the difference lies with how you look at em. If you look at a c64 or amiga as a desktop computer, i'd have to agree that they suck balls but i personally see both the c64 and a500/1200 as game systems and that's where they shine. |

Jst because some people think it was "classic" doesn't mean it didn't suck. C64 people were envious of my Apple. Then later Amiga people were envious of my 486 66mhz PC. There are reasons Commodes never made it and if you had ever owned one you'd know them. |

Megido: I had an Apple //c, Modified with a 1meg memory board w/ a zip chip, 2nd floppy drive, and a 2400 baud modem... back in 1988 that was pretty nice. It took me through college. Amigas looked nice but were still commodes, Apple (steve jobs) lied about "apple // forever". That's why I switched to a PC and never looked back. |
