I just read the part about him running a red. Cops aren't supposed to make judgement calls like "there was no other traffic" because there might be a time where someone thinks there's no one comming and there is. Or maybe a pedestrian wearing dark clothing. You can't make those decisions, because you could cause someone else harm. HE BROKE THE DAMN LAW! Get over it you pathetic crusading for the little guy drats. Fight th government with a rally or something. |

That sucks, but you know what they say. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. How many guys went to jail and someone they knew died? If anyone knows what the charges are I'd be interested to know. |

The cop was white, cause I already saw this story on the news and please, if the cop was black then that wouldn't shock me either see 'Boyz in the Hood' cops are crazy (some of them). |

It's not like they were going anywhere. They were checking into a hospital, he could have easily gotten their identities as they were doing that. Or just charged it to the license plate. That cop was just taking a power trip, as usual. |

Wow. Freakin' a-holes. If there is one time that a person should be allowed to run a red light it is during a medical emergency. That cop wasn't listening to a word the guy was saying. You know what also pisses me off? The only reason we are hearing about this is because the guy is a sports star. If it was joe nobody this story wouldn't have gotten much coverage. Either way, the cop hould have been more understanding and not so concerned about writing the freakin' ticket! |
