Its actually because of the suit hes wearing, not just the block. The suit acts as a faraday cage keeping him from being electrocuted |

That's pretty awesome, all they're doing is pulsing the electricity through the tesla coil at the right frequency to emulate sound, like a speaker.. With a giant amp and huge voltage. |

Edit: He isnt playing the coils, the coils are set by computer to release a set voltage/amperage that will make the sound, he is just standing in a position where he will attract the electricity...still cool though. |

what a waste of electricity."you can wirelessly transmit electricity with tesla coils but the amount of electricity to light up a light bulb or anythng else is far from practical. |

it's not dangerous the metal conducts the electicty a llot better than human flesh and bonesand i like the doctor who one more by these guys but it is still good |
