Friday, March 13, 2009 7:11:57 PM @simbha1. I assume he can only make the artificial items, as you could see he couldn't change cloths either. The person in the hologram is there fro probably taken up in the program with what he is wearing. 2. Why he is hiding. There is no telling what the subconscious would do when you put a other person in it. To here its a dream like thing. Imagine if you where dreaming and couldn't wake up and suddenly for ex i was in your dream. It would freak you out as if its your dream and aren't thinking of me, wth am i doing there. This could upset here or startle here and so damage here nerves.

Friday, March 13, 2009 8:07:58 AM Awesome, and so obviously inspired by Second Life, right down to the cube building blocks and square texture choices. |

Friday, March 13, 2009 5:58:34 AM Painter13: "Why was he hiding like a criminal..is he the reason she is in the hospital? Odd he wouldn't take time to talk to her subconscious....hmmmmm."Agree with this too. Well... maybe not the 'criminal' part, but there's no explanation for this apparent deviation from expectation. |

Friday, March 13, 2009 5:57:07 AM Agree with most people - very well done. Only critique that I have is the inclusion of the hospital gown during the holographic scene. Two reasons I wouldn't have included it:(i) I feel it detracts from the scene itself and (impossible to tell if the creator was going for this but seems to be consistent with the intent) ruins the "surprise." (ii) It's unclear from where the gown would have come. It doesn't appear that the 'husband' would have created the gown, and there's nothing to indicate that he did. So, presumably she created it in her mind - but from where would she have seen it? Not all people who are in comas enter the hospital in that state, but I would wager that most do. For these reasons, I would have allowed her to wear "normal" clothes. |

Friday, March 13, 2009 2:22:09 AM Wow, that was amazing. I expected her to be part of his creation, not..what happened..This makes me feel bad.. Pilanus: When that day comes, and we can make the most beautiful sights in the world in only a few hours, what will we be impressed by? When we DO see amazing sights, we'll just think of them as a few hours work. Although it would be pretty awesome to play an MMO game, with that realism and the whole 'virtual reality' thing. I suppose everything has its pros and cons. |
