It will be awesome. Why? Because I live by the jail from which Dillinger escaped. That damned place is haunted.Was fun seeing the crew and actors in town, though. :) |

This will be great it they follow history and show that Dillinger never took a life, he was a smart crook, he didn't believe in killing. I know this is anti-hollywood, but when one of his guys shot a guard, Dillinger left him to get caught by the authorities. I know the truth doesn't sell, but I would like to see them get it close. |

A lot of this was shot about 5 minutes away from my house. I might go see it just because of that. (most of the movie was shot in baraboo, WI. mostly due to the large concentration of old cars, and a pretty old-looking town.) A couple of my friends have pictures with johnny depp. Just thought that was interesting. |

is just me or did they basically show every plot twist in the movie? Here, I'll lay out the storyline for you: Cool intro scene involving clever bank robberies to establish the prowess of our hero. hero meets girl, snags her with his sexy badman mentality. Introducing the anti-hero, mr. government man. He eats bank robbers for breakfast. some more stuff with the girl, some more bank robberies, maybe a vacation montage. Hero gets caught with his pants down, goes to prison. Hero escapes prison with fireworks and fast cars, goes on the lam. mr. government man chases him AGAIN, catches up for epic gun battle in the middle of no where. Then finds out he has some type of moral dilemma, possibly involving a long lost brother or something as cliche as that. hero escapes AGAIN, sails into the sunset with his girl. mr. Government man goes back to the bureau, lies through his teeth and closes the file. the end.
