Sunday, March 08, 2009 3:51:22 PM Moafreak: Because "fish" is used collectively, but "fishes" is used especially referring to two or more kinds or species of fish. He was correct to use it. |

Saturday, March 07, 2009 8:30:48 AM I love how this guy, who I assume to be some type of marine biologist or other sealife expert, says "fishes". |

Saturday, March 07, 2009 6:44:33 AM Woodmore: How on earth did they catch the poor thing?!For a currently unknown reason, when an Oarfish is going to die it seeks shallow waters as a final resting place. In particular at the USC Marine Biology research station on Catalina Island in California, a total of three had been spotted in subsequent years, the first two having already been dead, and the last having been caught and is now on display at the LA museum of natural history, i dun suggest going though cause the chemical's they used to preserve the body took all of the colors out of it |
