Sunday, March 01, 2009 11:19:56 AM Two things they left out: storage device for keeping bread from drying out, and refrigeration unit for cheese. In otherwords, they STILL have to take cheese from fridge, remove bread slices from bread bag, load cheese into machine, load bread into machine, start up program, cross fingers and hope it works. Dude... Just make yerself a real sammich, it won't kill you.

Sunday, March 01, 2009 5:20:20 AM Ha! Obviously made for humour, but what's the point of a sandwich-making device when all the supplies are in reach anyway? |

Saturday, February 28, 2009 9:48:07 PM Why sudo make me a sandwhich?Sudo stands for "(S)uper (U)ser (Do)". You use it in unix. You can use it to force the computer to do things it refuses to normally do because you don't have sufficient access. Example: Dude 1: Launch the nukes. Computer: No. You're not the president. Dude 1: Sudo launch the nukes. Computer: Ok, so you're saying you're the president, or the president sent you, just gimme the launch codes then. Dude 1: Dolphin Green Semaphore Three Tee Boycott Testosterone Phillip Taiwan Alaska. Computer: Nukes launched. |

Saturday, February 28, 2009 9:31:47 PM Opiebreath: If I am not mistaken, "Sudo" simply means an "artificial" sandwich maker; A robot. Just like "sudo"cocaine is not the real thing, but it is what cops use to train drug sniffing dogs. |

Saturday, February 28, 2009 5:26:38 PM I liked the PSA at the end. See, you don't have to worry about all this sandwich making business if you have all the food and drinks you could need within reach of your computer chair. :D |

Saturday, February 28, 2009 3:13:13 PM Sorry dudes. 2 pieceof toast and some cheese, a sandwich does not make either. Grilled cheese sandwich must have butter. Or else you just have toast and cheese. And then you eat and say "nom, nom"? why you faking that? toast with cheese isn't tasting good. Must have butter. Sorry. |

Saturday, February 28, 2009 3:03:54 PM And garfieldfan3, sudo isn't the linux equivalent of 'run'. In linux-based operating systems, they make sure you can't just regularly run the computer as an administrator, in order to prevent viruses from installing themselves etc etc. So sometimes when you run a command you need to preface it with 'sudo' in order to run it as an administrator. |
