1700 GBP = 3800 AUD = 2400 USD per weekend.
Even if she was to charge, say, 180 GBP = 400 AUD = 270 USD, that means that she worked about 10 hours (of actual "WORK") every weekend. Plus she might have not charged that much, plus she would have lots of "downtime" between "work", so all in all she would be gone pretty much the whole day. Where were her parents and how come they didn't notice it? |

I can't believe they took the money from her. Regardless of how she got the money, she's spent her days working for it. I don't understand where the money would go if not in her hands. She gave her body to have that money, and they're probably going to just hand it over to some company that doesn't even need it. |

It serves a legitimate end if you believe that (some/most) men are animals who can't control themselves. I think that whole scenario is insulting at both ends because it's basically saying that unless there are women out there to be paid for, guys will just go around raping whoever is around. Sick all around. I think prostitution is unfortunate because it really does reduce a person to nothing more than a sperm-bucket, but I do think it should be legalized simply because it isn't going to go away, and if it's legal and controlled, there'd be fewer assaults and murders on the prostitutes. But basically when I think of prostitution, I think that men are disgusting pigs. |

> prostitution is wrongActually, I'm not so sure that it IS wrong (and remember I'm a batpoo crazy Christian), although it certainly is in this case because of her age. As for prostitution in general, I've never availed myself of the service so I don't know how dirty/meaningless it is compared to normal sex. But one thing I read years ago, in the Old West it was usually the church ladies and housewives who wanted brothels in their towns and helped set them up, because that way their daughters were safe when the cowpokes came to town. So is it wrong, or does it serve a legitimate end? |

Well, I kind of meant that their should be no legal limit in age but illegal if said person if they were not able to think freely or if they have yet to reach puberty. However this won't happen anytime soon thanks to religion and other things that make sex seem wrong. |

Because Shadow, without a legal limit on age each and every case would have to be taken on a case-by-case basis, or everything no matter what the age would be acceptable.Yes, that includes toddlers. |
