man i've totally noticed that sh*t before. i just thought it was the incessant buzz of lifeless drones buying hunks of plastic, ie customers. didnt stop me from stealing a bunch of crap from the mall, target, and walmart. that is sad though, that teenagers loiter at freakin places like that. get a life. |

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - holy fu*k that is so damn annoying.This is a known fact though. Almost every store does this except for Walmart. Listen closely in Target next time. |

I did a science fair project on this, and I found that people over the age of 21 could not hear over the frequency of 17 kHz. This is only a 16 kHz sine, but 25 sounds about right. |

I haven't read all these comments, but am I the only one who can't hear it? Kinda funny cause I'm 20 years old. My roommates can hear it, I sent the link to some friends and all of them can hear it... I can't. Hm. Weird... |

Yikes, that hurt my brain. I'm 24 so it was close. I was going to see if my 3 year old could hear it, but after listening to that, there's no way I'd do that to him. |
