of course there is no responsibility for these "victims". they thought they were sending naked pictures to an underage girl. nothing wrong with that. but if a you send naked pictures to a girl that is actually a cop, they you are the one who is wrong |

If you send anyone nudes of yourself over the net, you're setting yourself up. >_< And since they took the pictures of themselves, doesn't that make them equally chargeable for having child pornography? Uhm...... So wait. You can be charged with having child pornography when you're not 18 yourself? I don't get it. They seriously need to rethink that law.Also, these kids are drating stupid if they did the "sex acts". Honestly, I feel like I have to keep posting this so it's visible on the first page of the comments-HE'S NOT GETTING 300 YEARS, THAT'S JUST THE VIDEO AND I-A-B UPLOADER SENSATIONALIZING IT. That's the max sentence, 10 or so years for 30 vics. He's probably getting 15 or 20, then less with good behavior. Also, to make a new point, this crap wouldn't have happened if Facebook kept to college students only and left the little kiddies to MySpace, where all the other pedos roam. |
