lol now im 1 step closer to manualy translating whats on my CD'sINFO:
binary is used in almost all electronics (few dont use it).
Your CD readers (and dvd AND blu-ray) read the bumps on the CD with a laser, these bumps or pits correspond to 1 or 0 (binary). basicly im saying that if i had a reader that only output the 1's and 0's to a notepad I'm 1 step closer to understanding what it says on my own. |

I'm reading this comments and I'm not quite sure if you guys are joking or being serious. Binary is a the basic computer language. It consists of 0's and 1's becase that is what the computer understands (power fluxuation 1 and no fluxiation is 0). And every single word, charater, image, everything consists of the binary code becase only so can the computer translate it into what we see. |
