Just so you know on two points. Dakkar is absolutely right about the .02 limit if you are under 21, oddly enough my replacement license came in the mail today and that fact was stated on a piece of paper it was stuck toAlso, you can still be under .08 and get a DUI... If a cop pulls you over for drunk suspicion and your BAC is .05, you will most likely still get that wonderful DUI on your record. Safe drinking people :) |

I thought it meant speed limit... 90 in a 15? Oh well... DuckBoy, you fail to mention the bad parts of being drunk illegally, as well as being drunk while pregnant (not so good for baby). And Asspenny, that's a good way to think about it, to be honest. Don't drink until you die. Don't drink until you kill someone (ie drink and drive). Other than that w/e. |

Relatively it's not that bad.
If drinking age is 15, and driving age is 15, and she's 14...
Compared to most of the US: Drinking age 21, driving age 16.Who has obtained alcohol before their legal age of consumption? The only bad part of this is that she's pregnant, and the right under it, is she was driving drunk, and right under that, she was driving. |
