I did that once on the inside of my freezer when I was about 10. I ripped my tongue off and a little bit of it was left stuck there... Why didn't I get on the news?! |

The article didn't say. But I assume so. The fire department wasn't called, the kid just pulled it off himself. So yeah, I'm going to guess his idiot parents called. |

Yeah, this is in Kansas. Park City is a small suburb just north of Wichita, where I live. I thought this would be funny, but then I was just embarrassed when I saw it was our news... yes, slow new day. |

I want to know how this became news if he freed himself. Did he go tell his mom what happened and she called Channel 3 News to come down and talk to her kid because he's so awesome that way? Then, she decided she had better things to do, and loads her kids in the car just as they news crew shows up? |

HaHa... I did this when I was a kid. It sucked!!I couldn't close my mouth, and then started to drool... and my chin got stuck to the pole too. My friend thought I was just fooling around and pulled my head away. My mom started freaking out when I walked into the house with my face all covered in blood. Good times. :D |
