Hm. I debating with myself whether something like that could be something the cops could get you for. Personally, I think it's not much worse than riding a bike in terms of danger, aside from the lack of helmet. Control, however seems considerably less. Up here in Canada it's chargeable not to wear a helmet when riding a bike or motorcycle. |

HAHA i used to do that a long time aog but instead of dragging my foot on the ground i would put my foot on the back wheels.. right wheel to turn right left for left and the harder you push on the wheel the sharper you turn.. good times |
