What happens if he falls? Usually, people only climb with no rope when they are above a deep river or lake, as they can dive in for a softer landing. There's no water here. |

Btw, the actual time on that was 4:25, usually that's mentioned at the end of the video, not sure why it wasn't on this one. Lover's Leap is over 400ft high, so that's around 100ft straight up every minute. |

Don't think it's fake, there are different angles because several different people filmed it - one from the base of the cliff, one from further away and another guy that rappelled down from the top of the cliff (you can actually see this person at 0:55). |

I would imagine that if you climb the same rock enough times you would be able to climb it that quickly. Also, no rope...stupid...just like every gun owner will at some point have an accidental discharge...every horse rider will fall off...every rock climber will slip...no rope is dumb as hell... |
