Friday, December 26, 2008 10:05:07 AM Of all of the things I've seen that was supposed to be part of our everyday life in 2000. I haven't heard of a lot of those.Could be worse though, at least we would still cook our food rather than taking a pill. |

Friday, December 05, 2008 6:03:35 PM Wow. Some of that stuff was crap (Punched Cards? LOL, old), but some of it hasn't been done yet. Perfect glass fridges and ingredient dispensers, my posterior. |

Wednesday, December 03, 2008 4:47:16 PM It really isn't that far off. TV shopping replaced by online supermarket ordering. The push button machines are pretty much here for drinks. As for the punch cards...well online recipes and what about all those nintendo DS cooking games. The glass that fills from the bottom, that has just been made reality also although not in production yet. The glass infrared cooker, google the nuwave oven. Blenders are now programable for certain dishes as predicted and the induction hob is also here. All in all, not a bad set of predictions if you actually take the time to think about it. |

Wednesday, December 03, 2008 5:05:29 AM induction cooktops are pretty cool. I saw this one demo where there was only half a pot and the guy cracked an egg on it, and only the part touching the pot cooked. |
