My mom was watching this on TV before it hit the web and she said the interviewer asked if she wanted to move and Palin said it was fine. ): I only watched part of it, cos although I do eat meat, why the hell would I wanna see turkeys being slaughtered? That was a very poor choice. Although I do like how the turkey slaughtering guy keeps looking back like 'wtf lady' XD It's not whether or not slaughtering turkeys is wrong, but whether Palin should have had the common sense to move a few steps away. |

I'm just not sure... where is the controversy?I was always sooo sure that animal meet just magically appeared in the stores. I guess it turns out someone actually has to kill them... I am willing to bet that someone staeged for either Palin to stand there or for the guy to start his killing process on purpose. I am also willing to bet Palin knew it and didn't give a rats ass. She has a strong character. |

It was obviously staged the way the producer (not Palin) wanted it to be. If they image of a dying turkey offend your tender sensibilities, Then I hope you enjoy your veggies, bean curd, and soy milk on Thanksgiving. It's pathetic what they'll show for "news" these days. |
