There's no one to hear the case, so they can forget it.
Unless they convince the country to go to war, they can't do anything.

are they stupid? i mean for real, if they jumped to the occasion back in the 60's or 70's when the first tv show came out maybe they would have had a small chance, right now they're only suing because batman is making so much damn money and they think that this is a brilliant idea on how to gain from their profits.and does anyone find it extremely ironic that they're suing WB and christopher nolan because of stealing their name, yet this batman movie is the ONLY one ever made without batman in the title? |
