Wednesday, November 19, 2008 6:04:52 PM That is so terribly sad, and touching as well. I cant believe some kid so young could be so wise for his age. Its a damn shame that he has to die. Imagine what someone like that could have accomplished had he actually had the chance to live |

Sunday, November 16, 2008 7:53:06 PM that's so sad and what a great kid, but, i'd probably be the same way if i was about to die soon. Usually people are very nice when they are close to death. poor kid. |

Friday, November 14, 2008 9:33:30 PM That's really sad. To lose someone so altruistic at such a young age, it really is quite sad. I am glad that I have lived long enough to begin giving to the world. And as I expect that I will be alive for a good deal longer, I will continue to give altruistically to those that need it, and even to those that don't. Unlike Brendon, I do not believe in any God or any Afterlife, so I have made it my purpose in life to improve the lives of others however I can in the short time that I am fortunate to be alive. I wish his parents the best, They have lost their good son, and the world has lost one of the few that is both willing and able to help it. |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 8:09:11 PM When i first read that, i read it like the homeless were gonna eat the dying kid. I was gonna make a joke like, "So, how are they gonna cook this kid up? Charred Broiled or Spit Grilled? And what if the homeless don't want to resort to cannablism? do they get sandwiches?" Then I watched the video. and now I really feel like a shi-t head. That kid is to awesome for this world |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 3:49:40 PM I saw this on the news the other night. It was a serious buzz kill. Sure, he's doing a great thing, but... this is a little kid who is about to die. Soon. I think they followed it with a review of Role Models, or Zack and Miri. |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 3:07:57 PM You're just a little better of a person for simply hearing this story and knowing something about this young man. |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 6:49:05 AM Im a Hardass, sometimes cold and cynical, yet I cried. I hope my child learns to be so kind but never has to endure such things. Kudos to that family for handling such a unthinkable event as the oncoming death of a child, handled with grace and true humanity. |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 2:04:13 AM @ Cman: If he actually had a future, he would be caring much less about the homeless. All I can say is 'Meh...' Not really intresting I guess. |

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 11:08:40 PM what a trooper. why does a person like this have to die when there are people far more deserving of death out there? |
