Wednesday, November 12, 2008 5:12:40 PM OH. At first I thought it meant she just flew around in a plane and lived there. I was like, "THAT'S NOT GREEN AT ALL!" |

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 8:01:20 AM Ok, theres a few things I found really wrong with this video...First off the plane that they're taking apart would have been recycled or mabie even used again anyway. Its not like they just throw out broken jets. Next, the plans of the house had a lot of concrete in them. They say they'll only use the plane for parts. We all see through this bullpoo. Even if there was no concrete, a house NEEDS more parts than that. There is a lot that they'll throw away, like say... the seats?? And this is all for her? And her poor hippy self can afford $2M to build it? No environmentally conscious person would want to live in or to even support this monstrosity. This THING will use more money and energy to build and run than ANY house intended for a family, than most mansions for that matter. She's no hippie, and I'm obviously not one either. She's just a crazy woman who loves crappy art. All this is is art, rather wasteful art at that. I'm not worried though, there are plenty of jets. |

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 7:41:12 AM They dont even show real construction footage... they're just gathering material for when they're going to start building. That's boring. And why is there a concrete structure already in place where they want to build the boeing home? Are they just going to shove junk from a plane inside a bunker and call it a day? |

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 7:10:59 AM "...yet how much pollution does that helicopter use..."I'm so tired of hypocritical hippie-wannabies distributing judgement to anyone who uses hot water, drives a car or doesn't manufacture their own clothing from hemp they grow themselves. To hear them talk you would think that they live in caves, eat grass, and make great art out of their own fecal matter. More likely they live in a condo, commute an hour to the city in their BMW and spend their business hours composing snappy jingles for products that are manufactured in China. Weighed against the environmental impact of building a home in the traditional manner, this is a significant improvement. I'm off to wash my hair with hot water and phosphates. I'm going to leave the lights on while I do it too.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 6:57:40 AM Wouldn't it be more green to spend the $2mil to build the house to buy a forest? Don't need helicopters to make a forest... |
