Thursday, November 13, 2008 6:45:42 PM The reason that there appears to be no gravity is that everything is in free fall around the earth. And since everything falls to earth at the same speed, there appears to be no gravity. And he's only about 190 miles above the Earth too. |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 4:10:08 PM @thelonius you are right, in space there is microgravity, think of it like residue of the gravity fields of large objects (planets, stars..) but it's not strong enough to affect anything.. he must have been pretty far from Earth.. at a distance of about twice the earth's radius(from the surface), the gravity is like 1/9 of its strenght on the surface.. *scratching head.. * *waiting for insults* (and that's the art of useless things..) |

Thursday, November 13, 2008 9:55:36 AM Hmm, Nasa and zero gravity? How did they do that? Because as far as I know there is no place in the universe devoid of gravity. Simply amazing. How'd he do this indeed? |

Wednesday, November 12, 2008 2:04:32 PM I'm surprised the Alka Seltzer didn't create enough gas to break the inner surface tension of the water and burst. |
