Wednesday, November 05, 2008 9:41:56 AM "davymid you're obviously ignorant.get educated. bye fool."Like dainty just mentioned, davy has to be one of the most educated and witty guys on this site. Did you understand that? Or do I need to use 3rd grade words? |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 9:10:04 AM I am sooooooooo SICK of people saying Obama is a muslim for two very big reasons. 1. He's not. 2. They are using "Muslim" as an insult. Does anybody think about how hurtful that is to muslims living in this country? They aren't "Big Bad Terrorists" and to imply so implies a lack of education. So what if he was Muslim? There is nothing in the constitution that prevents them from running for office."Muslim" is not a bad word and anyone who says so is an ignorant prick. |

Good thing, just in time for my trip to Europe."Starrstreet, you're dead right. You'll be welcomed with open arms in Europe- no need from now on to pretend you're Canadian, like most American tourists have been forced to do... |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 9:03:42 AM John McCain now better do his part to put this culture war to rest that he allowed to get out of hand. I know he is going to do the right thing because he really isn't a bad guy, he just let the Rove style politics run rampant. There is going to be a divide though in the Republican party and Palin is going to lead the break that wants to keep dividing this nation into "pro-America" and "anti-America." This culture war needs to end but I don't see it happening anytime soon. |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 8:58:55 AM cheeznips, you sadden and fail me as an American. The elections over, we're no longer liberal or conservative. I can understand if you're opinions, beliefs or morals differ from mine, but I can't understand your closed mind in accepting other ideas. It's a shame. |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 8:41:37 AM "DaintyI hope everyone has a great day today, and if you said you would move if Obama won, well, I hope you live up to your promise. (: It'd make for a great country if you did." Kind of like all those people moved who said they would if Bush was elected? Oh that's right, no one did. |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 8:32:51 AM vv "you think bush was bad? wait less than a year. America is now officially a laughing-stock to the world."Umm, not true at all. America's global laughing-stock status ended last night. Best I can tell, the rest of us on the planet (non-Americans) are very very glad that Obama won. |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 7:25:22 AM Well I'm independant and I agree w/ some of Obama's policies, and some of McCain's. However I'm very glad Obama won. I think McCains last speech there was his BEST speech (or maybe it was just me killin that 20 pack of beer). It's a shame he couldn't speak like that in all his speeches. It was definately heartfelt, but we made history in very many ways yesterday! I am excited to move forward! |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 7:23:48 AM auburnjunky Also McCain conceded because HE WAS SUPPOSED TO! Do you think he is as happy as he looked? ______________________________________________________Actually, I thought he looked quite miserable... as if he had been holding back tears. Not however because he thinks the country is screwed but because (as I've mentioned before) he's facing his own mortality and the death of a major dream. Time has passed him by, and he will never have another chance. It's sad really. Also, you're kind of a douchebag... wishing that Obama will be assassinated... I don't care if you're not happy with the results, there is never any reason to wish harm on a perfectly upstanding person. |

Wednesday, November 05, 2008 6:05:23 AM Jeez, stop being such a damn pessimist and deal with it. CONGRATS OBAMA! Oh and btw, McCain delivered a great concession speech--he deserves some kudos for that, as well. |
