What's the issue here? If you actually look at all source it comes out she was violent, intoxicated and she refused to do anything. They had strong proof she was suicidal and therefore removed her clothing (because you can strangle yourself with clothing, if you didn't know that you're most likely retarded). |

I'd like to know what prompted them to treat her as a suspect. There has to be more to the story here.It looks to me that the only real, proven issue here is that males were strip searching (or, at least, stripping) a female. That is a big deal, but everything else is up in the air. |

there was a woman cop there so they werent raping her or anything. they have to use a camera to record it for evidence. and if she is resisting, cops will not hesitate to use more force. before you go to jail you need to get a cavity search which involves getting nude. she obviously freaking out and they thought she was the troublemaker so it was just mistaken identidy. if she actually did something wrong then people would think this bitch is just freaking out |

duhhhh, you should be afraid of being arrested.jail isnt cool at all. court costs and probation fees. fines and cell partners that will violate you. if your in there for nothing, next to you is a guy that will be out on the date they invent flying cars. hes gonna hold you down. |

Jimmer1720: by definition it's not rape, however, it is a clear violation of rights without cause for the search and even so a strip search is NEVER conducted by holding someone down with SEVERAL officers, much less the opposite sex. Also most strip searches do not require all garments to be removed. Learn before you speak.
Matsuri_aka: actually even with the furthest stretches of the mind it's impossible to come up with a scenario that would involve the cops being called for a disturbance, arresting the wrong person, strip searching them forcefully, while recording it with a hand held camera and then leaving that person naked? |
