Its pretty dangerous for those of you who are asking. Since Sulfur Hexafluoride is heavier than air, its going to take longer for it to leave your lungs, and you could potentially "drown" and suffocate to death IF you inhale too much.

The amount Adam inhaled is practically harmless, but its better to be safe and do it around other people then when your alone and by yourself.

You can get it out of your system with a breath or two anyway.

Sulfur hexafluoride isn't supposed to be toxic, but since it's denser than air, it stays in your lungs longer. So if you breathe it a lot you could replace all the oxygen in your lungs with sulfur hexafluoride.

So you'd suffocate, essentially.

Unfortunately, even if you're willing to take that risk, I think SF6 is kinda hard to find outside of a chemistry lab.
