it really takes another martial artist to understand how well that was preformed.
from doing both traditional arts, modern arts and XMA, I can tell you what they did was not simple. and very likely took a very long time of practise to make it go that smooth with out any injuries |

It's a combination of dance and slapstick comedy, using martial arts. So it's not really fair to judge it in terms of actual fighting, either for real or as a contest. It was more like a scene in a martial arts comedy film. |
