Well, there's really nothing for the kid who did the breaking to do, and if he's calmly walking away(back to center or to his coach), no one can blame him. In wrestling, some other coaches are quick to call unsportsmanlike conduct(though in this situation I'm not sure it'd do much good anyway). Figured there was some sorta throw involved, you get locked up just a little out of position and your arm/head/whatever catches you and your opponents full weight and momentum when you hit the mat. still fun though. |

Oh, and why do people clamor to get the first post (as the first couple of idiot posters did, apparently)? What's the motivation behind that? Is there a reason? Is someone handing out medals or something for such retarded behavior? I never did get the concept behind the whole "FIRST-OMGZROFLMAO!!!11!1" thing that people do. |

Wrestling is intense. I'd rather fight a boxer than someone who knows how to ground fight. With a boxer you at least stand somewhat of a chance in a fight, but once the fight goes to the ground (which all real fights usually do) you are screwed with anyone who knows BJJ/Wrestling. They will roll you around like a little b*tch and beat the piss out of you. But that guy was too unconcerned...I thought that was pretty callous of him. It wasn't terribly sporting.

Well.... as a wrestler, alot of bones get broken. I've broken my left arm 2 times and my right wrist once. And I've broken bones of other kids too.. once it happens the first time, the other times your more like "sorry, i didnt mean too.. but sucks for you." it just starts to be something normal to you.and the next person to call wrestling "pointless, a sport for fags, a bunch of 'sweaty men in tights groping each other', or gay" will have my permission to go f*ck themselves. |
