i dont know about Taekwondo, but in my type of karate (shorin ryu, yes im a black belt) when we kick we chamber our leg, then kick, back to chanber, and then drop.
she's just swinging it up there....

I thought Taekwondo was more defensive? No matter. I found it entertaining that they were hitting little Styrofoam boards. |

She was a descendent from one of the samurai people, and that person tought her everything there was to know. I'm being serious...or, that's what it said in the newspaper. She beat some recruits for a session with her. XD |
