Did you ever think some people are happy fat? Some people are happy over weight? It is POSSIBLE to be healthy and still be overweight.Just because you are overweight, does not mean you have a eating disorder, or you are lazy! I am overweight, but not lazy or unhealthy. I am thick because of medications I take cause me to retain water, and store fat. I eat healthy, very healthy, fresh veggies with every meal, low carbs, healthy cut meat (mostly a lot of skinless chicken, baked, broiled, grilled), rarely (maybe once a month) eat out. I go out daily to play and run around with my dogs, I go rollarblading, bike riding, hiking, and more. Yet, the weight will not leave because of me medications. I don't care that I am overweight, because I am HEALTHY. Even my doctor says I am ok, because I am HEALTHY. I am content thick, it makes me different, and it gives me shape! Screw you hippies who think thick and fat mean unhealthy and lazy, you don't know poo! |
