Tuesday, June 10, 2008 4:25:34 PM It'd be really funny if he did decide to use it "down there", and while in the process it shut off and got stuck. LMFAO...what a story for the grandkids! |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 3:20:50 PM I wish they'd work on making the machinery insid smaller and more compact... but, of course, from their point of view, they want to help the more seriously disabled, so that isn't a priority. I just want a bionic arm! D: Too bad I have a wrist in the way...

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 12:42:38 PM It would have been awesome if she said "...putting it to good use" and it cut to him holding a sock going into the bathroom, LOL |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 12:15:04 PM hmmm.... I read about this one several months ago. I think there was a better one than this, but it was part of an entire arm. the arm was wireless and recieved commands from transmitters implanted in the shoulder. Either way, the millitary always gets new prosthetics before the public. I guess it's better to test it on suicidals first anyway. |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 10:02:04 AM I Am Robot? I thought the name was just I Robot... Anyway, thats pretty neat. Next 5 years or so, well be using robotoic bodies with only biological brains :D...then we will use robotic ones 10 years after that... no more humans! |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 9:55:27 AM Is it just me or was the video really jumpy? It seemed really poorly edited. |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 9:39:59 AM And of course they failed to include all the important info we *really* want to know: How is it being controlled? Is it taking impulses from his brain? How is it powered? Does it need to be recharged? And exactly how much DOES it cost? (that part was edited out of the video)Inadequate reporting really irritates me. Sure, knowing that he felt like half a man and now feels like a new man is important and all, but... come on! |

Tuesday, June 10, 2008 9:22:48 AM This is the first time I've felt that we're too close to having machinery overpower our civilization. Maybe it just looks too much like the robot arms in I am Robot to me.Also, lol pooty |
