Friday, August 15, 2008 2:18:31 PM What American accent do you have? Your Result: North Central "North Central" is what professional linguists call the Minnesota accent. If you saw "Fargo" you probably didn't think the characters sounded very out of the ordinary. Outsiders probably mistake you for a Canadian a lot. ------- That's me!! |

Monday, July 14, 2008 9:56:41 PM Eh. I have a Mid-land accent (or no accent). It's kinda right, I guess? But I'm in Mass.I've been told I have an accent before. But a foreign one rather than American. It's weird considering I only listen to my Native tongue (Tagalog/Visayan) spoken but I never actually speak anything other than English... |

Saturday, December 29, 2007 9:12:28 PM What American accent do you have? Your Result: The Midland "You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio. i'm from houston, tx. i pretty much think that conts as a big southern city so yay. it got me right. |

Thursday, August 23, 2007 11:52:08 AM The Inland North. I am from Michigan, so it's correct esp. the part about THINKING we speak perfect dictionary English...we'll we at least come the CLOSEST to correct English, American or not. |
