Friday, July 13, 2007 9:42:48 PM I used to take violin and I remember my music teacher said that he hated it because it's used so often. Playing the violin part was wonderfully fun though...it's just not that great hearing it after those first fifty times. Anyhow, I adore this video. It's brilliant. |

Friday, July 13, 2007 5:04:20 PM Wow this is funny. When we played at my school, that's all I heard from the Cellos, those 8 damn notes. I was in band, so I didn't have to play it. |

Thursday, January 11, 2007 4:14:32 PM DiePSPolice: In respons to your earlier comment...yes, we did have a graduation ceremony, and EVERYONE got a certificate of some sort: Science, computers, right down to "Most Caring" which went to the kid with ADD. And they played that "Vitamin C" song everywhere; at the grad dance, the last day of school on a CD player and they even gave us a montage with that song as the background music. By the beginning of summer vacation the thing was permenantlly in my head and so when I saw this thing twp years later it gave me a WTF moment and brought back painful memories. |

Friday, January 05, 2007 12:52:11 AM Just from this rant alone, this guy has become one of my all-time favorite comics. After spending eight years in orchestra I related to everything this guy said. I too had a viola part in the nutcracker suite...where I played the same eight notes...sixty times."I would sit back and listen to the violins get lovely melodies, the violas would get lovely melodies, the second violins would get lovely melodies...which should just not happen." xD <3 So true. |

Sunday, December 24, 2006 10:57:51 PM Haha, I love this. Being a violinist I hear the cellists complain about those 8 notes all the time. And it's such a popular piece they have to play it all the time. I guess I'm a dork too. Oh well. |

Saturday, December 23, 2006 1:21:55 AM Are Overmann and I the only ones who thought this wasn't funny? This rant is so weak. He has nothing on Louis Black rants. |
